    The app shows exactly what is coming out and when. Savings interest is paid monthly and clearly explained. A payment was blocked by mistake and support fixed it within the hour.

    Support is polite but scripted. The app is good but identity checks took a week longer than promised. Fees for larger transfers are not obvious until the final screen.
