Why we built it
Reviews should help you decide who to trust with your money. Too often they are hard to read, easy to game, or shaped by who pays the platform. We think a review site should work more like a measuring instrument: calibrated, consistent and open about how it works.
So we publish our formula, apply the same rules to every company, and never let money change a score. Businesses can claim their page, reply to reviews and invite customers, for free.
