Fixed price, no surprises
Booking took two minutes and I got a text when the electrician was on the way. They put down dust sheets and cleaned up before leaving. The price quoted online was exactly what I paid.

Transfer lost for two weeks

Not worth the price
Seams started coming apart within weeks. The wool top shrank a full size after one gentle wash. It took a month and four emails to get my refund.

Replaced three tools for us
