The cheap fare doubled once bags and seats were added at the last step. My bag went missing and three weeks of emails have produced nothing. The compensation form keeps failing and nobody answers the chat.

The itinerary was packed but never rushed, and the hotels were spotless. Our guide knew every viewpoint and still found time for the quiet ones. When a ferry was cancelled they rebooked us before we even asked.

Support answered eventually, it just took a few emails. The phone itself is great but the refund for the case I returned took three weeks. Prices are fair, though the checkout kept forgetting my address.
