The app shows exactly what is coming out and when. I opened the account on my phone during a lunch break and had a card within three days. Used the card in four countries with no fees and fair exchange rates.

Support answered eventually, it just took a few emails. The phone itself is great but the refund for the case I returned took three weeks. Delivery slipped by two days and nobody told me until I asked.
