There is no phone line and the chat bot goes in circles. My account was frozen for a routine check and I could not pay rent for nine days. A transfer to my family vanished for two weeks and support had no answers.

The free plan was enough for us to be sure before paying. Boards, timelines and docs in one place means fewer tabs open all day. It has not gone down once in the year we have used it.

Clear documents before departure meant no surprises at the airport. Our guide knew every viewpoint and still found time for the quiet ones. When a ferry was cancelled they rebooked us before we even asked.
