The price quoted online was exactly what I paid. He explained what was wrong and what could wait, rather than upselling. Booking took two minutes and I got a text when the electrician was on the way.

The app marked my order delivered but nothing came. I was charged twice for one order and it took weeks to sort out. The chat agent closed the conversation while I was still typing.

It has not gone down once in the year we have used it. We moved our team of eight over in an afternoon and nobody needed training. The free plan was enough for us to be sure before paying.
