InvitedBoiler fixed the same day
He explained what was wrong and what could wait, rather than upselling. They put down dust sheets and cleaned up before leaving. Booking took two minutes and I got a text when the electrician was on the way.

Account frozen without warning

Next-day delivery that was actually next day
My headphones stopped charging after eight months and the replacement came within a week. The chat team helped me pick between two monitors and were honest about the cheaper one being enough.

Six hours delayed and no updates
