The chat agent closed the conversation while I was still typing. The rider left the bag in the rain outside the wrong building.

Tidy, polite and on time
Booking took two minutes and I got a text when the electrician was on the way. The price quoted online was exactly what I paid. He explained what was wrong and what could wait, rather than upselling.
