    Order never arrived

    The chat agent closed the conversation while I was still typing. I was charged twice for one order and it took weeks to sort out. Everything arrived cold and the refund request was declined.

    Lost luggage and silence

    We waited six hours at the gate without a single announcement. The cheap fare doubled once bags and seats were added at the last step. My bag went missing and three weeks of emails have produced nothing.
