The best week of our year
When a ferry was cancelled they rebooked us before we even asked. Clear documents before departure meant no surprises at the airport. Small group, great food and a driver who made us feel at home.

Never again
We waited six hours at the gate without a single announcement. My bag went missing and three weeks of emails have produced nothing.
